Primer may dry quicker in operation, please still follow this instruction
Theoretical coverage: 12m²/L or 10m²/kg
Over coating interval: minimum 4 hours, maximum unlimited

Recommended substrate conditions and temperature:

Remove all oil or grease, soluble contaminants and other foreign matter
All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free from contamination
If applied on the rusty surface, the rusty layer thickness should be below 50mm, other than the bottom surface processing requirements, without acid and sandblasting processing. catalytic reaction, to get black protective layer and solvent (acrylic acid, polyurethane, epoxy resin, alkyd resin, amino paint or water-based paint) match well, will not occur and paint color bleeding
Apply in good weather, don't let coating contact any liquid like water or other solvent before completely dry. No painting is carried out in rainy day outdoor
If the humidity is above 85% please stop painting
The temperature of substrate should be above 5 degrees
Lower temperature might not dry or cause a long time to dry

Air spray:

Nozzle orifice: 1.5-2.5mm
Nozzle pressure: 0.3-0.5MPa

Airless spray:

Nozzle orifice: 0.4-0.5mm
Nozzle pressure: 12-15MPa
Brush: use soft brush
Recommended finish: RSL series
Storage temperature: 5-30°C in well ventilated warehouse
Stir thoroughly before painting
Don't use any steel or other metal stick to stir the paint
