Waste Tyre Recycling Rubber Powder Production Line

Tire recycling process flow
Waste tire--circle cutting machine--strip cutter----block cutter---rubber crusher -- magnetic separating filtering--
Finished products--rubber powder/steel wire/nylon
1) Ring cutter: It is used to cut off the bead and steel wall with steel wires from waste tires.
2) Strips cutter: It is used to cut the body of waste tire into strip type, so the strip can be feed to block cutter.
3) block cutter: It is used to cut the waste tire strip into block with 5cmx5cm size.
4) Steel wire separator: It is used to separate the steel wires from the side wall of waste tires.
5) Tire crusher: The machine is used for extracting the steel ring inside the wire from the strips tire.
6) Conveyor, Vibration sifter and magnetic separator equipment
