Small biomass wood pellet machines

2. The press roller is set evenly, and the operation is stable.
3. Adopt the central pressure regulating structure, adapt to different materials, ensure the pressing effect. Wood chips, corn stalks and other compression molding needs a lot of pressure, in the same granulating equipment, the roller parts are the central part of the whole equipment, and the use of high quality alloy steel, improve the service life of the roller.

Features of the straw wood pellet mill :

Advantage 1: After the pressure roller is enlarged, the bearing is enlarged and the pressure bearing capacity is enhanced.
Advantage 2: After the pressure roller is enlarged, the temperature generated by the extrusion friction is not easily transmitted to the bearing chamber, ensuring that the lubricating grease does not easily overflow when the bearing is working at a low temperature.
