 HDZ-100BZ Automatic Cartoning Machine for pillow bag type products       The machine is mainly used for automatic cartoning of  the products(blisters) in pillow bags. It can insert the pillow bag into carton with leaflet automatically.       Characteristics:      1. The speed is regulated by variable frequency and adopts PLC automatic control system.      2. The machine adopts human-machine interface operating system, automatically display box speed, quantity and other performance parameters, and also display the fault causes and methods of operation and maintenance.      3.It can be implemented that adjust and use of more specifications at the specific confine on the same machine.      4.Manual and automatic conversion      5.It can simultaneously complete the folding of manual and cartoning.      6.It can print three batch numbers on the box, and also have the functions of print serial numbers if requested.      7.Incorporates automatic inspection system and has the functions of automatic suspension and removal of non-conforming  products.      8.It can be installed with hot melt adhesive machine.(optional)      9. Manual feeding, bin push directly or literal pushdirectly, can be connected with pillow package machine. To be put on synchornous belt controled by cylinder, and then sent to the position for pushing into carton for cartoning by synchronous blet.      Technical Parameters:
