The new plastered cement mortar surface should be maintained for more than 14 days before construction.   If the weather is hot and dry or the porosity of base plane is high, construction should be done after water the base level and waiting until no clear water.       Construction technology   Stir with motor stirrer until even, standing for 5-10 minutes, and stir again will get better result.
