WAC Series: PVC New Type Processing Modifier
1. Description:
WAC series is a new structured, high-efficient and multi-functional processing modifier; a multiple systematic compounds form through the copolymerization of acrylic, polyether, alcohol lipid, etc.
2. Advantages & Features
A. Substitute ACR PVC extrusion, injection & high-filling products; DOP in high-filling rigid products. Improve product’s strength and toughness without changing the thermal deformation temperature.
B. Endow product with better initial whiteness and glossy surface; Because of it’s specific coupling function, in the process, we can add more filler, making the production cost down.
C. Improve melting& plasticizing; lower the plasticizing temperature; speed up production efficiency.
3. Scope of application.
In this compound stabilizer series (WAC), we developed 4 items for different products. Details as follow:

4. Suggested dosage: It’s used according to actual situation. Different technic or production cost needs different dosage. But normally add 1~3 PHR in each 100 PHR PVC resin.
5. Package: Packed in multi-layer composites bag. 20~25kg/bag
