This product is made of natural rubber, accelerator, antioxidant, functional additives and other raw material composition.This product is suitable with the core rubber, cover rubber(cover stock), applied to the conveyor belt hot splicing joint. Instruction:
1.first strip the adhesive residue of steel cord surface.
2.brush the first time rubber cement at the polished steel cord
3.after the first time rubber cement is dry, then brush the two second time
4.after the second time rubber cement isdry, the put core rubber and cover rubber at the joint connector surface, then do high temperature vulcanization.
Note:
1.away from the fire when working, set the storage location of the product away from fire.
2.transport, storage standards with HG / T3075-2003.
