It can be converted into hydrocortisone dexamethasone in the liver, which is an adrenal cortical hormone drug. It has anti-inflammatory, anti allergic, anti hack and anti * toxic effects, and also has certain effects of water and sodium retention and potassium excretion. Clinically, it is mainly used for comprehensive treatment of severe bacterial infections, allergic diseases, shock, and local inflammation.
