  1. General Description The machine can draw 0.6-1.2 mm copper rod up to 0.1-0.4mm semi-hard wire.It is very convenient to operate because it uses two-grade four round towers, a constant speed wheel and is driven by a motor.The finished product can be continuously wound around the wire basket.The unit is stable and has a variety of protective measures, high safety factor.With humanized operation design, high degree of automation,the unit is simple and easy to operate ; due to the use of semi-immersion + spray to ensure adequate cooling and lubrication of the gears and drawing dies,the metal wear is greatly reduced and both the drawing speed and the quality are improved.The unit uses a vector variable frequency drives, part of the energy consumption can be reduced.It will save more energy in the long run,moreover, user can save much money because the unit is easy to maintenance,the whole plant has a leading level both at home and abroad. 2. Main Technical Parameter
