Tiancheng is experienced in manufacturing service for plastic injection machines such as slide table plastic injection machines, rotary table injection machines, servo injection machines and so on. Equipped with single slide table, the machine we are introducing now is one of the slide table injection machines series. This single slide table refers to a flexible bottom mould which can slide automatically to the front of worker, which greatly improves the convenience and safety of machine operators with finished production ejected externally. Basically all of our machines are widely used in injecting all kind of thermoplastic, engineering plastic, BMC, Bakelite etc. Application fields range from food packaging industry to medical industry. Other products like automotive parts, household plastic products, electronic parts and engineering plastic parts also use our machines to help finish the whole products.

Features & Applications:

1. Install a single sliding table on standard injection machine and complete a cycle, lower die slide to the front of operator after mold closed, also product ejected outside, easy and safe.
2. With multi-stage temperature controll system, accurate adjustment of multi-stage injection pressure & injection speed, non-stage adjustment of back injection pressure, suitable for plasticizing of various precise plastic accessories.
3. High L/D ratio, widely applied in industrial engineering plastic productions.

A: After you confirm our PI, you can pay through T/T (HSBC bank) and L/C.

c)     What`s the order procedure?

A: 1. First we discuss order details, production details by e-mail or online consultation (Wechat / WhatsApp).

2. Then we issue an PI for your confirmation. Customer should makes payment deposit before we enter production.

3. After we receive the deposit, we start to process the order.

4. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for machine details video to confirm and you should prepare the rest payment.

5. After the rest payment has been received, we start to ship out the goods for you.

d)    How do you control quality through production process?

A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the semi-finished goods before they go into next step production process.

e)     How do you handle when your clients received defective products?
