VACUUM PHARMACEUTICAL TRAY DRYER 1. General application: This series vacuum dryer is suitable for drying heat-sensitive material of pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and electronic industry. The vacuum drying is the process that the raw material dried in the vacuum situation, and take out the wet moisture at the same time by vacuum pump. The dryer also reach the GMP requirement. 2. Characteristic function: 1) The top adopt arch design, avoid the condensated water droping into drying chamber, so ensure a high drying efficiency in a low temperature. 2) Not only suitable for heat-sensitive material, also apply for the easy oxidized material. And can use for solvent retrieve, heating source is hot water or heat conducting oil. 3) It’s batch operation, so can adjust process condition anytime. 4) It’s operated in static vacuum state, so will not have any damage for the raw material. 3.
