Specifications   This series furnace can be heated by fuel gas or electice with muffle or non-muffle, it's usually uesd for heat treatment at temperature around 1000 degree centigrade.And it is used for carburizing, surface quenching,nitrocementation, protective atmosphere annealing ,nitrading for matel parts.   pit type furnace  Function:                Thisfurnace is cycle type furnace,mainly applied to rod and long axis parts for tempering heat treatment.It is consists of steel shell,door,lining,strong fan,crucible,electrical heating elements and electrical control cabinet,etc.   Features: 1. The liner of furnace and wall body are made of ceramics fibre block,furnace bottom is made of ring high strength refractory bricks.   2. Heating elements is divided into multi area.   3. The furnace cover can be lifted or translation,is controlled by oil pumping station,motor,reducer and operation switch.   4. The circulation fan is installed on the furnace cover,fanblade is made with precision casting heat resistant steel impeller,big air volume,high wind pressure and long service life.   5.Electrical control system is consist of temperature measurement, regulation and control system,thermocouple, control thermometer,recorder,silicon controlled, etc.It could control system independently,the PID regulation and control of furnace temperature is achieved.  Technical parameters
