There are three main process  for plastic vacuum production line 
base coating : loading - pre-heat -electrosatic be dust -spray paint -leveling -IR heating -curing -cooling
vacuum coating : load products in evaporation vacuum coating machine-metallizing-unload products
UV coating top coating : loading -pre-heat - electrostatic be dust -UV spary  -IR leveling - UV curing - cooling - unloading .(we can remove or add some process according to your product )
