Regarding our model HCY Used engine oil refinery equipment. It can be disposed waste engine oil, motor oil, mixed oil, used tire oil and so on. We use the distillation technology to purify waste oil, only our company have this technology, we have passed CE certification and also we have own patents.
During process, there is no any pollution environment, because no smoking, no odor. And the same time, you don't need to add any chemicals like Tetraethylenepentamine (TEPA), White clay and waste glass, these chemicals can't recovery and but also pollution environment. For our machine we only use silica and active carbon these two kind of chemicals to get new oil. And the most is important that these two kind of chemicals is no pollution environment and you can use them again and again, after disposed oil is very good.

The working procedure: Waste oil goes through oil pump into primary filtration system to remove big impurities, and then into distillation tank, the liquid waste oil is transformed into oil gas under high temperature in the distillation tank, the oil gas out of the catalysis tower system comes in cooling system for cooling, the oil gas is transformed into liquid oil in the cooling system, the liquid oil comes in the water separation device to separate the oil and water, the oil comes in the discoloration system directly to remove color acid, acid base and sulfur, the oil through fine filter to remove tiny impurities becomes regenerated oil closed to new oil, reused it.
