Q3: How about the after service ?                                                                                                

A3: We will send out the product  by free with customer's next order by sea if the problem caused from us. We advice you do 5% extra  quantity  than the order, it will help you do the after service more quickly.

          

Q4: What's your payment term ?                                                                                              

A4: T / T,  30% deposit when confirm the order, 70% as balance before the container loading.

 

 

Q5: Which is the shipping port?                                                                                              

 

A5: Shanghai or Ningbo port.

 

 

Q6: When can I get the quotation?                                                                                             

 

A6: We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. The details you'd better provide: the adjustable height, load capacity, color, speed, color, quantity, etc.

 

 

Q7: When is the delivery time?                                                                                            

 

A7: The samples avaliable will be sent to you in 3 days after getting your payment. Custom made samples will be finished in 10 days. The delivery time for bulk order depends on the quantity.
