1. This machine is used for aluminum and plastic profiles cutting. Cut angle at 45, 90, -45. The swaying stable feeder is adopted. The pneumatic driving system is used in profiles clamping and cutting. It has the features of easy operation, high accuracy and large processing range.
2. Saw blades feeding speed adjusted. In testing process, if thought when the saw blade the feed rate is inappropriate, may adjust the labor to enter air cylinder's velocity modulation attachment, causes the feed rate to increase or to reduce, may obtain the feed rate which needs.
3. Adjusted the cutting angle. The machine was adjusted according to the above steps, keep running 30 min, if don't have problem, then go on adjusted following.
