UL5107 600V 450C Pure Nickel Heating Element Wire. MGT, or MG cable, is a 27% nickel coated copper conductor. It is insulated with glass reinforced mica tapes and then a high temperature overall fiberglass braid is added. This allows MGT cable to reach 450C or as high as 538C in a non-UL application. This single conductor product is 600V and can be found in very high temperature environments such as iron mills, steel mills and glass plants. Like TGGT, this product only comes in a tan color. Yangzhou Fongming Cable Factory gained UL and CSA certificate for the mica insulation wire with fiberglass braid including high voltage special wire, like AWM5107, AWM5128, AWM5334, AWM5335, AWM5359, AWM5360, AWM5476, AWM5561, AWM5562, Heating Wire, Shield wire, Thermocouple Wire, Fiberglass Wire, TGGT wire, Mica Wire, Teflon Wire, Silicone Braided Wire, Silicone Wire, High Temperature Wire and so on.
