This machine adopts hot steam as the heat source, heats circulated water for heating medium for heat exchange. Then the material is loaded.
The machine has high efficiency in the heating process, gentle and uniform heating for the products, good function for keeping warm, and it is easy to be cleaned, ensuring the effects of sterilization   Specifications :   1-The equipment is composed of plate heat exchanger,balance tank, beverage pump, hot water system and electrical control system, for pasteurization and cooling of fresh milk, fruit juice beverage, winess. 2-Includes heating section, sterilizing section and cooling section. Tube group has the features of simple structure and small resistance.

3-The heating-holding section has reasonable structure to guarantee the temperature stability and security of products

4-There is superheating water and cooling water channel during the cleaning which can avoid the scaling.
