Segmental Anti corrosive Centrifugal Pump         Product Description Segmental Anti corrosive Centrifugal Pump Type DF pump is the kind of single-suction,multi-stage,segmental and anti-corrosive centrifugal pump,It is provided for delviering corrosive liquid without solid particles.The temperature of the liquid is -20°C~105°C.Permissible inlet pressure is 0.6MPa.     Performance range Capacity Q:2~336m3/h Head    H:84-666m     Description of pump type For example  DF25--50×5 DF-- Single-suction,multi-stage,segmental and anti-corrosive centrifugal pump. 25--- Pump Capacity(m3/h). 50---Single-stage head of pump(m). 5---pump stage number.     Construction All the Type DF Single-suction Multi-stage Segmental Anti-corrosive Centrifugal Pump/Centrifugal Water Pump  are horizontally installed with inlet and outlet vertical upward except type DF155---30,its inlet is horizontal.The shaft seal ususally uses packing seal,according to customers' requirements,mechanical seal is used,too. Type DF85--67pumps use sliding bearings which get lubricated with dilute oil.The others use rolling bearings which get lubricated with grease except type DF155-67 pump with dilute oil.The axial thrust of all others gets balanced with the help of balance disk except type DF3--40ii pump with the help of impellers arranged symmetrically.       The direction of rotation The rotation of pump rotor is clockwise looking from the motor to the pump.     The material of main parts of the pump The medium-contacting parts are made of cast steel and cast stainless steel.The material,sealing and construction of the pump should be reasonably chosen based on the name and density of the liquid,inlet pressure,tempreture and corrosive degree to the material.     Complete provision range Pump,motor and bedplate(common bedplate or pump bedplate).The accessories including discharge cone pipe,sluice valve and check valve.The parts including impeller,sealing ring,diffuser brush,balance disk and shaft sleeve.     Performance Charts     Company Information
