General introduction of the product:

A). It's widely used to make wood pellet from wood/straw/peanut shell sawdust, etc. Adopt high-precision gear driven, advanced flexible coupling, for high productive efficiency.

B). Main driving using imported SKF(NSK) bearing and NAK oil seal, Siemens Motor.

C). Feeder, cover, chute, paddle and shaft are made of stainless steel.

D). It apply for wood sawdust within diameter 5mm, moisture around 10~13%. Final pellet with diameter 6, 8, 10, 12mm, with length can be 8-18mm.

Working process of the product:

The pellet mill is easy to operate, we will install the machine and test machine well before delivery, once the user connects it with electric power, and the raw material is delivered into the pellet machine through a conveyor and then conveyed into a rotating ring die by a feeder.

Finely pulverized material will be pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die. The pellet will be out directly.
