Two -roll rubber calender
1. Application :
Rubberizing and fractioning of textile material, rubberizing of wirecord fabric, sheet, and counter plate(embossed) of rubber material, separation of fabric and film, as well as joint of multi-layer laminate film.
2. General design:
It mainly contains roller, rack, backplane, adjustment, device, transmission system, roller temperature control device, security device, lubricating device, etc.
3. Features:
The roller is made of chilled cast iron alloys, whose work surface has high hardness, wear-resistent and durable life. Steam, cooling water, and heat-conducting oil can pass into the rollers cavity, so that the working temperature can be adjusted in order to meet the technical requirements.
Roll spacing can be adjusted both by manual or electric mode.
Roller bearings lubricating can adopt drier oil or dilute oil.

Its surface finish is over Ra0.8.bored and drilled rolls are optional. 9. Friction gear with single output axle adopts herringbone gear, rotating stably. 10. Full range of bending deflections is optional including middle height, inflection and axis crossing. 11. Different control systems are available to customers, including bus-mastering system, PLC control system and general control system. 12. Driving structure with single output axis takes the place of big and small driving gears. 13. Rubber calender advantage 1. The 4 rolls are separately driven by 4 DC motors, which allow a wide rang of speed adjustment. The rotating speed ratio of the 4 rolls can be freely adjusted. The rolls are equipped with preloading device and bearings lubrication failure alarm device, as well as nip display and speed display. 2. The rolls are made of chilled cast iron with vanadium and titanium alloys. The roll face is hard and anti-wear. To heat up or cool down, the rolls are either circumferentially drilled or centrally bored so as to make temperature well proportioned on the roll surface. 3. The rolls are arranged in S form. Roll 1# and roll 4# have roll cambers that can eliminate bending impact on rolls during working process. Thus, it is possible to make products with same thickness along axial direction. 4. The transmission system adopts a hard facing gear reducer, which has a compacted structure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life. 5. The machine is equipped with emergency device. When an emergent accident occurs, the calendar will be immediately stopped to open the roll space so as to protect the operator and equipment.
