High efficiency, energy saving and brand new mill design significantly reduces installation space 3. Rollers are made of NiCrMo alloy steel through centrifugal casting, hardness is around HS76 4. Roller bearings are adopted with ZWZ, best brand in China, other brand is optional upon requirement 5. Roller bearing supports and glands are made of superior casting steel through annealing treatment 6. Frame is made of casting iron through annealing treatment, steel welding structure is also available 7. Bedplate is integral welding structure, made of superior steel through annealing treatment 8.
