Application of cnc machine: cnc machine can use high-speed steel cutlery, hard alloy cutlery to machining black metal, colored metal and some nonmetal materials. Main transmission is driven by AC spindle Servo motor. High precision transmission gear wheels are used to realize high efficiency and little noise, making lathe to run stably and smoothly under high speed. 2. CNC system is Siemens or Fanuc. 3. Ball screw is Nanjing Technics Equipment or Taiwan HIWIN. 4. All lubrication parts are supplied oil at regular time and quantity through automatic lubrication pump. 5. Work-table adopts hydrostatic guideway. 6. Radial of main spindle is to use NN30 (Grade D) bearing and able to turn precisely, with good carrying capacity. 7. Gear case adopts 40 Cr gear wheel, with high precision and little noise. 8. Plastic coated guideway is wearable. Centralized lubricating oil supplying is convenient. 9. Casting of lathe adopts lost foundry (short for LFF) technique. Casting is treated by heat treatment and by aging. Vertical tool head has 3 designs: pentagon tool head, square Ram and ATC. Machine has two designs: with side tool head or without side tool head. We can add Automatic tool changer, cooling system, chips escape system and total-encolosed protection cover according to consumer's demand.
