Turbine Flowmeter Milk Flowmeter

A flow meter for measuring with a turbine. Firstly, it converts the flow rate to the turbine speed, and then converts the speed into an electrical signal proportional to the flow rate. The turbine milk flowmeter is used to detect instantaneous flow and total accumulated flow, the output signal for the frequency, easy to digitize. In the figure, the induction coil and the permanent magnet are fixed together on the housing. When the ferromagnetic turbine blades pass through the magnet, the magnetic reluctance of the magnetic circuit changes, resulting in the induction signal. The signal from turbine milk flowmeter is amplified and resized by the amplifier and sent to a counter or frequency meter to show the total accumulated flow.
