3. What is the raw material of your products?

In general, the raw material of steel code is  Q235B. Other steels are also available to clients’ requirements.

4.What is the standard sizes for your racks? Could you produce according to customers’ design?

We can make customized sizes as per your requirements, so basically our shelves are belong to non-standard products.  Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves.

5. Are samples available?

A: Yes. Short sections of samples can be provided, they are free of charges, but international courier charges are at the clients’ expenses.

6. Which sea port will be as loading port?

A: Shenzhen Port of China or Guangzhou Port of China are the closest port to us, are recommended strongly as loading port. 

7. What is delivery time?

A: It depends on the order quantity. In general, within 20 days, for ordinary order quantity.

8. What is the term of payment? 

A: In general, 30% T/T deposit and balance paid once the goods are ready. or by 100% L/C at sight.
