Material Structure:

 

1. PTFE with Oil fibre 0.01~0.03mm as sliding layer
2. Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm
3. Stainless steel backing 0.7~2.3mm

Characteristics:

• This type plain sliding bearing have all the properties of DNB DU bushing self-lubricating bushing.
• Without lead which makes the bushing lubricating condition more cleaner.
• Without lead which makes the bushing accord with environmental protection request

Availability:

• Standard cylindrical bushings, thrust washers and strips are available.

Applications:
