Weifang diesel generator sets adopt 95, 100, 105 and 113 series diesel engines, 4-stroke, water-cooled, in-line, nice power, economic, environment-friendly, low fuel consumption.
Generally the generators adobt brushless three phase synchronous generator(the characteristic and technical data see the section"Generators in industry"). If the customer requires that also could adopt TFX series compound excitation generator or STC series third-harmonic excitation generator or other generators.
The generator set is made up of diesel engine, synchronous generator, control system, radiator and other accessories, and the control system is made up of volt meter, frequency meter, a. C. Ampere meter, d. C. Ampere meter, water temperature meter, oil temperature meter, oil pressure meter, fuel meter, contoller for protection, transfer switch system and other accessories. Different starting type including manual⪙ectric&automatic Transfer can be selected by our customer.
The generator sets also can adopt fuel box at bottom, contoller with four protections(high water temperature, high oil temperature, low oil pressure, over speed); Also can design for silent, fully automatic transfer and automatic parallel system.

Packing: Wooden, Plywood or Metal Case.
Delivery Time: Less than 25 working days after receiving prepayment.

Warranty:
One year or 1, 000 hours from the date of shippment
(15 Months or 1, 200 hours for Alternator Part).

Control System:
Basic control system, the basic type control system is provided with a current meter, a volmeter, a frequency meter, an oil pressure guage, a water thermometer and indicator lights on the control cabinet and 4 additional protection fuctions are to be provided as required by customers.

Optional AST & ATS Control System:
AST (Automatic Start Type Control System), Optional Automatic Start Type System is provided with a 101A control module or a DACT704 module with LCD display. When there is an interruption in the commercial power supply (or there is a start signal in other generator sets), this generator set will, subject to time delay acknowledgement (0-30 S adjustable), be automatically started (1-8 times adjustable). In addition, it is provided with a basic protection function and digital or meter indication of voltage, current, frequency and rotation speed parameters.
ATS (Automatic Transfer System), The optional system is provided with a fully automatic transfer switch, a control electric apparatus and an indicator light on the control panel and is coordinated with an automatic type contral cabinet, thus serving the fuction of automatic changeover between the power supplied by the grid and the power generated by the genset.
