Three phase Non encapsulated Distribution Transformer Product Description SG 10 Series H grade non-encapsulated dry-type distribution transfomer is a kind of fire-proof indoor transfomer, high-voltage winding and low-voltage winding are all using resin casting in vacuum condition, iron cored using high quality silicon steel plates. It has advantages of low loss, small size, low noise, simple maitains, strong anti-short ability, preventing burning and self-extinguishing. SGB 10 type is low-voltage foil winding circles.   Adopt high quality original material Insulation Material: epoxy resin Winding Material: Aluminum wire or high quality enameled copper wire (foil winding is available for power transformer) Core: core lamination, low loss, cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel Main Function and features   1.The elaborate designed coil structure and vacuum immersed treatment enable SG(B)10 transformer operates without local charging, and no crack performance will be found during the whole service life, and its insulation level will be kept as good as beginning  2.The high voltage part adopts continuous wire winding. LV foil winding, vacuum immersed, curing processed and high strength ceramics supporting, with fine withstand capability to paroxysmal short-circuit current 3.Flame resisting, flameproof, nontoxic, self-extinguishing, fireproof. 4.when burn SC(B)10 transformer in high temperature and open fire, almost no fume will be produced 5.Insulation of the transformer is H grade (180 degree) 6.The insulation layer is very thin, with strong short time over load capability, needless of forced cooling,  can be overloaded for 120% for long term and 140% for 3 hours. As this kind of insulation material has elasticity and will not be aged, it can be full loaded at once under ±50°C   Product process 1.Wound coil 2.After the mold and fixed for pouring 3.Drying in the drying oven 4.Assembly, insert core 5.For testing after assembly 6.After passing for final assembly Main Specifications
