As for the iron core of meter, we carry out the phosphorization treatment firstly, then carry out the ion electrophoresis impregnated lacquer.
As for the standard parts and metal parts of meter, we carry out the following treatments: A. Increasing the thickness of plated coat: The thickness of plated zinc is up to 8 micron, B. Passivation treatment, C. Coating light liquid bright gold.
The coil we adopted is the high strength polyester enameled wire.
The voltage coil we adopted is imbedded by the epoxy resin, and its ability of impulse withstand voltage is not less than 8000V.
The sealing gasket we adopted is with a good sealing feature.
The material of meter cover is transparent polycarbonate and resistant to the ultravilet rays.
Conforms to the standard of IEC62053-11: 2003 and IEC 62052-11: 2003, and reches the quality standard of KEMA certificate.
