2. Product features and applications

This product is a one-component room temperature curing silicone rubber. It is de-methanol curing. The small molecular alcohols released during the process are less. It has no odor after complete curing. It has high thermal conductivity and bonding properties. Has excellent high and low temperature performance, with little change in performance from -50 °C to +200 °C. Mainly used for bonding and fixing of LED lamps, electronic appliances and other components.

4. How to Use

1) Clean the surface: Clean the surface of the object to be glued or coated to remove rust, dust and oil, ect..

2) Sizing: Open the rubber cap, put the tip of the mouth (cut the tip to the appropriate size), use the glue gun to squeeze the glue onto the cleaned surface, make it evenly distributed, and close the fixed surface.

3) Curing: Place the painted parts at room temperature and let them cure themselves. The curing of the adhesive is a stepwise solidification process from the outside to the inside. At room temperature and 50% relative humidity, it will cure to a depth of about 2-4 mm in 24 hours. When the temperature is low or the humidity is small, the curing time is prolonged.

4) After the operation is completed, the unused glue should be sealed and stored. When using it again, if there is a little crust at the seal, remove it and it will not affect the normal use.

5. Storage and Transportation

1) Keep away from children. If you accidentally touch the skin, wipe it clean and rinse with water; if you accidentally touch your eyes, rinse immediately with water and go to the hospital for examination.

2) This product should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place (5 ° C ~ 25 ° C) to prevent rain and sun exposure.

3) In a normal storage environment, the storage period is 6 months.

4) After the product is opened, it should be used up as soon as possible. The unused products should be sealed and placed in a safe place.

5) This product is non-dangerous and can be stored and transported as general chemicals.

6. Packing

This product is packed in aluminium tube with 100ml/pc (100pcs/ctn) and plastic tube with 300ml/pc (24pcs/ctn), and 2600ml/plastic tube (4pcs/ctn).
