      Product Description   Thermal Insulation Nano Glass Coating is a combination of nano materials with high performance & environmental friendly resin. The functional nanometer materials contained in the coating has special optical performance, in other words, a high UV absorptivity & high Infrared rejection, but a high transmittance in visible light spectrum. This coating can lower the room temperature in summer, and can prevent heat loss in winter-all while reducing energy costs, but without reducing the glass transparency.   Standards: The product meets the national safety standards, including RoHS, CPSC, US ASTMF-963, EU EN71, and NE1122 etc.   Application Suitable for glass deep-processing & coating glass doors, windows of buildings, planes,cars,trains, ships, traffic lights and glass curtains walls.   Features 1 Heat Insulation - In summer,can reflect 80% of Infrared rays, produces an indoor temperature difference of 5 to 10C, In winter, can reflect infrared light from the room interior, reduce the indoor heating load 2 Energy saving – thermal insulation all while reducing air conditioning energy consumption by 25~35%. 3 Transparency - with visible light transmittance of 80-85% 4 Health - can reflect 92% of UV radiation, to prevent indoor furniture aging and too much harm to human body. 5 Environmental protection - low VOC, and does not contain heavy metals or other harmful substances 6 Durability - good abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and weather resistance 7 Safety-high adhesion, good mechanical properties 8 Sound insulation - can absorb some sound wave to keep room quiet. 9 15+ year lifepan   Packaging & Shipping 1kg or 5kg/bottles, or 20kg/barrel.
