Available in standard curing and lower temperature curing
Available in multi-colors, different gloss level such as high gloss ( above 90%), semi gloss ( 50-90%), flat gloss( 10-50%), matt( below 10%), particular colors and glosses are made according to customers' requirements.
Available in various kinds of art textures, such as sand, wrinkle, lanose grain, hammer tone, metallic effects etc.
Physical Property
Specific gravity: 1.1~1.8g/cm3 (varied with different color and gloss)
Particle size: Average 10~38um, proportion 10~84um > 90%, it can be adjusted if special requirements are put forward to us in advance.

Carton packing with liner of polyethylene bag, Net weight 20kg each.
Storage
Products should be stored in ventilated dry and clean room with the temperature below 30 degree Celsius. Not to be close to fire and heat and kept out direct sunlight. Outdoor stacking is prohibited. On the conditions mentioned above, the products can be stored stably for 6 months. The product beyond pot limit should be reexamined, and it can still be used if the inspection results past muster. Avoid inbreathing dust when using the products though the powder coatings are nontoxic. The operations are suggested to wear protective glasses and respirators. Avoid long-term skin touch with the powder if possible.
Safety
No hazardous ingredients are contained. Wear anti-dust mask and goggles to avoid inhalation of dust. Try best to avoid longtime contact with powder. The coating adhesive to the skin can be washed with soap.
