 Cellulase enzyme TS-9 Description: Cellulase enzyme TS-9 is an engineered cellulase designed for textile applications such as fabric and garment biofinishing (i.e. depilling, surface modifications and softening) and is supplied as a concentrated liquid. Biopolishing can be arranged either before or after dying, depending on the desired effects.   Typical biopolishing conditions,     Equipment   overflow, winch, jet dying machines or laundry washer. Dosage        0.3-2.0% o.w.f Liquor ratio   1:5 – 1:20 pH                4.5 – 5.5 TMP             45 - 60°C  Treatment time  30 - 60 mins.    Enzyme Inactivation    All cellulase enzymes should be inactivated after the desired effect is obtained. Insufficient inactivation can result in extended exposure of the garment or fabric to active cellulase. This unintended exposure can cause undesirable strength loss.   Cellulase enzyme TS-9 can be inactived by one of the following procedures.      lhold the bath at pH≥10 for 10 minutes. Sodium carbonate is recommended for pH adjustment lhold the temperature ≥ 70°C for 10 minutes.   Packaging   Standard packaging is 30kg or 200kg drum     Storage   To ensure extend shelf life, store Cellulase enzyme TS-9 at 25°Cor below in a sealed container.
