Tempered shower glass

We process various modern tempered shower glass doors by cutting, drilling holes, edging, heat strengthened (toughened) process on clear glass, screen printing glass, etc. and by using the latest design of shower door hardware.

The tempered shower glass door can be curved glass shower door or flat glass shower door glass depends on each request from customers.

Frameless by pass door with 8mm or 10mm thick heat strengthened glass, dual door knobs, aluminum or stainless steel U type header & easy clean track. The handles and other hardware are from the supplier who exports to US and Europe, adopting the modern design.

Considering the characteristics of tempered shower glass/toughened glass/strengthened glass, glass size should be confirmed before making production. Once tempered glass size is confirmed, tempered glass/toughened glass/strengthened glass can not be made mechanical treatment any more, otherwise, tempered shower glass/toughened glass/strengthened glass will be broken.

Competitive Advantage:

Tempered shower glass has a very good performance of anti-curve, anti-impact intensity, 3 to 6 times better than normal glass. Tempered shower glass can afford pressure over 95MPa on the surface. Tempered glass/Toughened glass has high stability even under temperature change of 200-300 centigrade, while normal glass can only afford change of 70-100 centigrade. Tempered shower glass becomes small sand shape if tempered shower glass is broken under big force, which guarantees safety and less loss.

Safety performance: Tempered shower glass will appearance hurtless obtuse angles when breakage.

Strength performance: Four times more than ordinary glass.

Heat stability performance: Three times more than ordinary glass, could bear the temperature change about 200°C.
