Product Application DZ300 vacuum packing machine is a newly designed packing machine and is both fit for "vacuum packing" and "vacuum aerated packing" (aerated limited).

Vacuum packing exhausts the air in the bag vessel, and rapidly seal it. For inside the bag vessel, there is only little air, so it can easy avoid the bacteria, avoid the goods oxidation, goes moldy, and goes bad. At the mean time, for loose goods, after vacuum packing, the volume can be reduced and more convenient to delivery and stored.

DZ400-800 vacuum packing machine use the multiple file bag to pack all kinds of food, medicine, water products, chemicals, steel elements and electric components, in the shape of solid, meanliness, and pasty, and liquid, applying vacuum hot packing. it can easy avoid the bacteria, avoid the goods oxidation, goes moldy, and goes bad.

Main Features 1)  Main body is made by S304 stainless steel & processing by anode of aluminum metal 2) This machine is built up by 5 main parts: up working room , down working room, main body, electric equipment and vacuum system. 3) There is a team of hot sealing part at the top of the up working room.       The heating element is nickel chromium triangle belt.       It is fixed on the hot wood pressing shelf and it is completely insulating from the working room.      The shelf is joint with the air cell. Before hot sealing, the air cell is lack of air, when hot sealing, the air cell is connected with outside so that the air cell increase in size and press the head of the nickel chromium triangle belt. The hot press sealing and heating ,and the time and the temperature can be adjusted.
