T4 grade heat resistant conveyor belt for return of sintered ore
   Flame-resistant or self-extinguishing designs prevent fires from spreading over the entire belt. Heat-resistant designs protect the belt from attack by hot materials that could otherwise reduce its service life.  Specification: 1. Heat resistant, heat proof-aging, ozone resisting, to avoid premature aging 2. With good weather resistant, it can long term use in sunlight, humidity and cold condition, and won't crack under sun exposure for at least 3 years. 3. With good chemical resistant, it can long term use in 100°C solution of 50%NaOH and 100°C solution of 10% H2SO4. 4. With good adhesion, it can avoid blistering and delamination when in use. 5. Long service life, it is 1-3 times longer than common high-heat resistant conveyor belt.  Application: The belt can be widely used in metallurgical, construction area to conveying high-temperature material such as agglomerate, coke, cement clinker.  Classification: According to end-use points: Heat resistant conveyor belt, crack resistant conveyor belt, cement clinker conveyor belt. EP heat resistant conveyor belt, Aramid conveyor belt, cotton canvas heat resistant conveyor belt, metal net heat resistant conveyor belt, steel cord resistant conveyor belt. According to the operating temperature: General heat resistant conveyor belt: operating temperature ≤ 125°C,belt cord: canvas. A class heat resistant conveyor belt: operating temperature ≤ 150°C, such as heat resistant cotton conveyor belt. B class heat resistant conveyor belt: operating temperature ≤ 180°C, such as EP heat resistant conveyor belt, steel cord heat resistant conveyor belt.
