Description:

HOPSON® Epoxy Adhesive Syringe. The one time use syringe makes it simple to dispense and mix without making a mess, is easy to use and bonds to almost any surface. HOPSON QUICKSET epoxy syringe is two-part adhesive based on epoxy resins. Transparent resin and hardener. For bonding metals, crockery, glass, wood, China, crystal, pearls, ivory, precious stones and various plastics, such as polyester, bakelite, formica, rigid polystyrene and plexiglass. Temp. Resistance: From -20oC up to +70oC.

Frost resistance: Good. Resistance to moisture: Good.

Resistance to chemicals: Good. Filling capacity: Good.

Usage:
1. Clean and dry the surfaces to be bonded. For smooth surface, youd better to sand grind it first. 2. Squeeze out equal volume of adhesive liquid and solidification agent, then mix them evenly with blending board and use immediately. 3. Apply the blended adhesive on the surfaces of material or appliance to be bonded and mended. It can be solidified in five minutes after the surface is bonded together at room temperature. The things bonded may be used in three hours.

Notes:
For every-time use, blend proper quantity of adhesive according to requirements. Blend adhesive as you need and use it up within three to four minutes. During using, avoid touching and sticking skin. Once it occurs, please wash out with soap and warm water immediately. Keep out of reach of children.
