Surfboard fiber glass E-glass Woven Roving   Glass fiber woven roving is plain weave cloth from roving,is important base materials of hand lay-up FRP.The strength of the woven roving, mainly on warp/weft direction of  the fabric.   Production Application Woven roving is weaved with fiberglass direct roving on looms, used in hand lay-up, mold press etc., GRP  forming processes, main products include boats, panels, automobile parts, storage tanks, large plates, etc.   Products Feature & Advantages 1 clean woven surface, even thickness, no fuzz. 2 good molding property,easily delete air bubbles and quickly wet-out(resin). 3 final products are with high mechanical strength, efficiently retain mechanical strength against boiled water.   Packing Style Woven roving could be produced into different widths, each roll is wound on a suitable cardboard tubes with  inside diameter of 100mm, then put into a polyethylene bag, fastened the bag entrance and packed into a  suitable cardboard box. Upon to customer's request, this product could be shipped either with carton  packaging only or with pallet packaging. In pallet packaging, the products could be horizontally put on the  pallets and fastened with packing straps and shrink film.   Storage This product should be stocked in dry and cool places. The best condition is with temperature between  10°C and 35°C,with a relative humidity between 30% and 70%.  Please keep the product in its original packaging before use,avoiding moisture.
