Superior quality PVC conveyor belt for metallurgy/chemical industry The introductions: PVC type conveyer belt's upper and lower layers are PVC coating cover, single-sided tape thickness: ≥1.0mm; PVG type belt's upper and lower layers are nitrile rubber and PVC, single-sided tape thickness: 1.5mm-4.5mm. PVC type conveyer belt's inclined angle: <16° PVG conveyer belt's inclined angle: <20° Characteristics of PVC conveyor belt: Flame retardant conveyer belt is made from the whole belt core via dipping and plastifying in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) dipping agent or sulfuration. It features largely in the high strength, large freight volume and stable conveyance performance. Besides, it is fire retardant, anti-static, shock resistant, wearable and corrosion resistant. Non pressed PVC type After dipping with PVC paste on the solid woven fabric, add PVC cover on the solid carcass to form the belt. PVG type Based on the non pressed PVC type, the carcass is covered with top and bottom covers composed mainly of rubber. The belt is then formed after being pressed. Construction features and applications: The belt has good flame resistant and anti-static properties. It can fully satisfy the requirements of MT-914 and is especially suitable for material conveying at inflammable of underground coal mines. The solid woven fabric uses high tensile strength and low elongation polyester long filament as warp fiber, for weft fiber, it uses high tensile and medium modulus nylon filament. The fabric is high in strength, low in elongation, light in carcass, free of separation of plies, shock resistant, anti-tear and good in trough ability. Non pressed PVC type is suitable for applications in dry conditions at a slope angle of no greater than 16 degrees.PVG tapes is suitable for applications at a slope angle of less than 20 degrees. PVG type is covered with covers mainly composed of rubber, which further improves the trough ability, resistance to wetness and slip, resistance to low temperature, elongation and wear resistance of the belt. Thus it can not only enhance the slope angle of conveying but also elongate life of belt.
