The production methods of stretched film mainly include calendering method, casting method, flat film stretching method, tube film method, vacuum sputtering method, etc. These methods can be further subdivided into several types. The plane stretching method is to first pass the melt of the polymer into a sheet through a long and narrow head, and then in a special stretching equipment, at a certain temperature and a set speed, simultaneously or step by step perpendicular to each other. It is stretched in two directions (longitudinal, transverse), and is made into a film after appropriate cooling or heat treatment or special processing (such as corona, coating).
