2. Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there? 

Our factory is located in  Dongguan City, Guangdong, China.It is only half an hour by train from Hong Kong or Guangzhou. Warmly welcome to visit us whenever you are available!

3. What is the raw material of your products?

In general, the raw material of steel code is  Q235B. Other steels are also available to clients’ requirements.

4.What is the standard sizes for your racks? Could you produce according to customers’ design?

We can make customized sizes as per your requirements, so basically our shelves are belong to non-standard products.  Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves.

5. Are samples available?

Yes. Short sections of samples can be provided, they are free of charges, but international courier charges are at the clients’ expenses.

6. Which sea port will be as loading port?

 Shenzhen Port of China or Guangzhou Port of China are the closest port to us, are recommended strongly as loading port. 

7. What is delivery time?

It depends on the order quantity and racking types. In general, within 25 days, for ordinary order quantity of Heavy Duty Pallet Rack for Industrial Warehouse Storage. 

8. What is the term of payment? 

 In general, 40% T/T deposit and balance paid once the goods are ready.

9. May I know the status of my order?

 We will send you information and photos at different production stage of your order. You will get the latest information in time.

10. How to install the shelf if I buy product from your company, but I am abroad?

We provide relative installation drawings and  operating instructions for foreign customers before delivery,  to help you easily understand how to operate. If needed, we could also send our engineers to teach your workers to install, which is totally free of charges.
