Steel Stud Framing Line is a cost effective, high efficiency and flexible production line for various sizes of U shape track profile for drywall frame system. All of the Accessory Lines like machine structure, cutting system, PLC control system, are custom designed and offer a variety of options for your specific application.

material with galvanized, pre-painted, aluminum thickness ranging from 0.3-0.8 mm

product speed of metal stud roll forming machine up to 25m/min

cut to any length by setting in PLC system

in-line hydraulic press for assemble holes on metal stud

size change over by horseshoe spacers between rollers

optional with flying cut-off for high product volume required, speed up to 50m/min

optional with in-line ink jet printer to add logo

optional with auto-stacker to minimal operator involvement

Sometimes there are some embossing and holes on our customers samples. For the holes, a punching device must be added. For embossing ,we usually put the embossing model on the former rollers .If you want your logo to be printed an the keel,we have two methods.One ,the same as getting holes ,add a logo punching system in front of the hydraulic station.Or we make some changes on the rollers.Then you can get your logo while roll forming.
