Steel Structure Deep Sea Engineering Equipment (Br00373)

1ST PART:
World's largest deep-sea engineering equipment, With 4 sets of buoys and 16 sets of foundations, built by a Chinese company, our mother company-Qingdao (Wuhan) shipbuilding heavy industry company ltd. Was delivered to its Brazilian clients-Petrobras.
1. Outstanding feature:
A1. Without any maintenances meanwhile under water 250meters, 4 sets of buoys steel structure and 16 sets
Foundations steel structure must continuously work for a period of 27 years.
B1. Till now it is the largest deep-sea engineering equipment
2. Main usage: This newly-built Buoys & Foundations are mainly used for deep sea oil and gas exploitation.
3. Principles:
1st part:
A1. Deep-sea oilfield exploitation equipment compose of aquatic equipment and submarine equipment. B1. The aquatic equipment usually refers to the Floating Production Storage & Offloading,
C1. The submarine equipment is usually divided into 3 parts: Drilling bit, Oil vertical riser, and Riser support buoy steel structure system.
D1. This time 4 set of buoys and 16 sets of foundations which we delivered are riser support buoy system.

2nd part: Whether the oil vertical riser could work properly or not, the biggest challenge is to solve the problem of vertical riser's fatigues. Presently in the world the maximum depth of deep-sea oil exploitation is under water 2500 meters, but the oil-pipe more longer, its own weight and ocean current will make the oil-pipe produce big fluctuations, as a result reduce the service span.
If we add one buoy in the middle of oil-pipe, it may substantially reduce the fluctuations, improve the exploitation efficiency.
3RD part: Pls be informed that till now in the world the submarine buoy system could join 10 oil-pipes maximum, but this time our 4 set of buoys and 16 sets of foundations system could simultaneously provide supports of 11 rigid vertical oil risers and 13 complaint risers for deep-sea oil exploitations.
4. Benefits:
A1. They are the FPSOs's necessary assories equipment for deep sea oil and gas operations, which is able to fit in deeper and more complicated marine environment and has extensively enlarged the scope of offshore oil exploitation;
B1. This time this project could make the oilfield production volumn from current 257000 barrels every day to future 457000 barrels every day, in other words, increase by 40%;
5. Location: This equipment will serve Sapinhoa oilfield and Lula NE B SR oilfield. The operating location of Buoys is under water 250meters, meanwhile the operating location of foundation is under water 2200meters.
6. Because this deep-sea engineering equipment steel structure which will be installed in an offshore oilfield in Brazil is request by Petrobras to continuously work for a period of 27 years, requirements for the welding, anti-corrosion, and accuracy control reach rigorous conditions.

8. Peter Wang, managing director of Eastern Horizon Consultant, said the delivery indicates that China is now capable of building high-end DEEP-SEA ENGINEERING EQUIPMENT.

2ND PART: Steel Crane Buildings, Metal Crane Building, Industrial Steel Buildings
1. The steel structure industrial factory of CNOOC covers 25000 square meters, in which 200mt capacity crane is designed, fabricated, installed; And the (eave) cornice height reaches 27.89 meters; The total structural steelwork reaches 3500 metric tons.
