I.Brief introduction

ERW325 high frequency longitudinal welded pipe production line / pipe making machine / tube forming machine is designed to produce welded pipes of 140mm-325mm in OD and 4.0mm-12.7mm in wall thickness, as well as corresponding square and rectangle tube.

III. Machine Parts

Name: uncoiler

Function: 360ºrotary hydraulic-pressure expanding tight, which insure steel coil feeding alternatively and make steel strip go into accumulator freely.

Name: accumulator
Overview: It has two kinds of accumulator for optional.

Usually big line use horizontal type, and small line use vertical type.

Forming Part:Mainly roughly mill-forming steel strip and controlling weld seam

Sizing Part: Mainly fine shaping pipe after welding and controlling size accuracy.

Turkey's Head: It is mainly used for straightening of finished pipe roughly online.

Computer-controlled Tracking Cutting Saw

If need better precision for the tube cutting, could choose cold saw cutting as optional.

Rollers for welded pipe will be ordered additionally according to type and specification provided by customer. Material: Cr12
