This double height anti scaling barrier was erected to secure a car park. This particular type is called Raptor by Expamet. Although it looks very formidable, being made from plastic it would not inflict serious injury and is designed as a deterrant. The spikes rotate freely on a secure pole to make them difficult to climb. The image below demonstrates the wall mounting brackets, however they can be bolted to fences, walls or gates.
