Door frame and window frame are the two mainly product for the structures. The raw material is galvanized and thickness will be up to 1mm. The whole production line will need the punching process. The punching make make the top and ends for the installation. The punching machine can be prepared by the buyer or order from my company with the roll forming machine.

The whole working line is controled by PLC, auto hydraulic cutting without sounds.

The profile drawing is customized based on customer's request.

As the manufacturer, we make technical design concept first when confirmed all details.

The design concept is agreed by both seller and buyer, then we start the production.

We will test the machine before shipment and invite customer comet to inspection.

The machine adopts the automatic hydraulic cutting, the hydraulic cutting is low sounds and more steady. The most important is more safety. The PLC will control the whole production line, with the command of cutting to length, and batch quantity.  By this way, the machine is so easy to handle.

The whole working line, we will match one set manual decoiler, product collect table, oil pump and the control station. Especially the contorl panel, we can make the language comply with the worker's language. Please see the below photos:

Before loading to container, we will 100% ensure the machine is ready and clean. The antirust protection is most thing we should do. After loading, each parts will be fixed in the container by the steel wire.

About the payment:

A: By TT, 30%T/T in advance and 70%balance after testing and before shipment.

B: By LC, we will add 1.5% based on the total price.

C: By DP, we will add 2% based on the total price.

D. By OA, 50% TT in advance, and the balance will be paid within 60 days since BL date.

As the machine is customized, we will give you some tips when you receive the machine, Like how to start the machine, how the connect the wire, how to handle with this machine or how to make the adjustment on this machine.  We will provide some videos for that, and make the mark on each wire.

A: Warranty: One year ,and we will provide the technical support for the whole life.some spare parts are available.

B: Training: the buyer should charge of visa, round-trip ticket, food and accommodation  
               overseas and USD100/person/day for salary.

C. The advantage of my factory: we have a team of skilled engineers and one group for after-sale service. The  customer can find us in China or aboard.  We go aboard 2-3 times each year to participate exhibition and visit customers.
