Product introduction:

. The new sprocket is too long or elongated after being used, which is difficult to adjust. It can be removed as the case may be, but it must be even. The chain link shall pass through the back of the chain wheel and the lock plate shall be inserted outside. The opening of the lock plate shall be in the opposite direction of rotation.
. The sprocket shall be lubricated in time during operation. The lubricating oil must enter the mating clearance between the roller and the inner sleeve to improve working conditions and reduce wear.
. The old sprocket cannot be mixed with some new sprocket, otherwise it is easy to generate impact in transmission and break sprocket.
. When the machine is stored for a long time, the sprocket shall be removed and cleaned with kerosene or diesel oil, and then coated with oil or butter and stored in a dry place.
