     Product Description      stainless steel continuous slot wedge wire tube factory   The continuous slot wire-wrap screen is used throughout the world for water, oil, and gas wells, and for environmental well completions. It is the dominant screen type used in the water well industry. this type of screen is constructed by winding cold rolled triangular V-shaped wire around a circular array of longitudinal rods. the wire is welded to the rods and produces a rigid unit that has high strength and minimum weight.              MAXIMIZING FLOW RATES
When considering screens of equal length, diameter and slot size, flow rates through V-shaped well screens can be;
Three times higher than bridge-slot screens
Nine times higher than slotted casing NON-CLOGGING SLOT
  REDUCTIONS IN OPERATING COSTS
By using a Continous-slot well screen, savings can be achieved in pumping costs. Lower through-slot velocities mean that pressure drops are minimized, therefore;
Drawdowns are reduced.
Less energy is needed for pumping.
Flow rates are increased.
    Technical patameter   The V-shaped wire can be made in different height and width to address various strength application, meanwhile, the spacing of individual slots can be varied during fabrication if geologic conditions require these variations in a screen's construction.
