Product Overview SSC-TJ-001 (XK) Experimental Bench of BMS Battery Management System (low voltage) is a performance equipment in new energy automotive training room. As a theory-practice integrated teaching equipment, it is a training equipment for the
development of battery managing system. It is an electrical equipment to collect control and manage the battery unit’s
operating status and data, which is mainly about the charging and discharging management of lithium battery, battery
protection from abnormal situations, the real-time battery information display and the output information of system
real-time alarm on the electric automotive.The system consists of EVBMM engaged control and EVBCU driving control. The former one collects the voltage and
temperature accurately, calculates the SOC SOH value of every battery cell, passes the corresponding information to the
driving control of the battery management from the CAN bus to realize the battery management of the whole auto. The
latter one controls all the driving control modules to work normally and facilitate the communication between CAN bus and the whole vehicle ECU and battery charger. There is circuit diagram painted in the training bench board so that students can study and make inspection directly by contrasting the circuits. With decent layout, beautiful and simple appearance, firm
and durable quality, it is suitable for automotive teaching in colleges and secondary vocational schools.
