Scrapping Board is use for Scaring Therapy.  Scaring Therapy, known as Gua Sha in China for over a thousand year, is a healing art based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and used throughout Asia. Gua means to scrape, Sha is the red spots in skin after the scraping.

1. Use the thick side of the board during treatment while the thin side for health care use.
2. Generally, scraping the whole body from: 

1. Guasha board and scraping direction generally keeps at 45 ~ 90 degrees.
2. Scraping time for each area is 3~5 minutes, the maximum time is 20 minutes.
3. Again the scraping on the same area only when the Sha dispear (about 3~5 days)

1. Stop turning on the fan or air condition.  For wind will attack your body and cause the disease.
2. Drink a glass of hot water to supply to the body, to prevent dizziness and fatigue, to promote the 
   metabolism, and to speed up the metabolites.
3. Take bath 3 hours with HOT water 3 hrs after scraping.
4. Scraping is FORBIDDEN for people suffering from thrombocytopenia, leukemia, allergic and purpura. 
5. Any skin diseases are NOT allowed scraping.  
6. Pregnant ladies are NOT allowed scraping.
7. people with any injury are NOT allowed scraping.
8. Nipple, navel, unexplained lumps and malignant parts ban scraping.
